RAIS DKT JOHN POMBE MAGUFULI AMSIMAMISHA KAZI MKURUGENZI WA TCRA


Rais Magufuli alipofanya Mkutano na Bodi ya Mamlaka ya Mawasiliano Tanzania (TCRA).

Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Dkt. John Pombe Magufuli ameivunja Bodi ya Mamlaka ya Mawasiliano Tanzania (TCRA) na kumsimamisha kazi Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa Mamlaka hiyo Dkt. Ally Yahaya Simba kutokana na kutosimamia ipasavyo Mkataba wa utekelezaji wa mfumo wa usimamizi wa mawasiliano ya simu (TTMS), na kusababisha nchi kupoteza mapato ya takriban shilingi bilioni 400 kwa mwaka.

Rais Magufuli amechukua hatua hiyo leo tarehe 26 Aprili, 2016 Ikulu Jijini Dar es salaam baada ya kufanya kikao cha kazi kati yake na viongozi na wataalamu kutoka Wizara ya Ujenzi, Mawasiliano na Uchukuzi, Wizara ya fedha na Mipango na Taasisi ya Kuzuia na Kupambana na Rushwa (TAKUKURU).

Tarehe 22 Machi, 2013 Mamlaka ya Mawasiliano nchini (TCRA) iliingia mkataba na kampuni ya SGS juu ya uwekaji, uendeshaji na uhamishaji wa mapato ya simu ambapo kampuni hiyo ilipaswa kutekeleza vipengele vitano lakini mpaka sasa kampuni ya SGS haijaanza kutekeleza kipengele kidogo kinachohusiana na uthibiti wa mapato ya simu za ndani (Offnet), hali ambayo imesababisha serikali kukosa mapato yanayokadiriwa kuwa shilingi bilioni 400 kwa mwaka.

Pamoja na kuivunja bodi ya TCRA inayoongozwa na Profesa Haji Semboja na Kumsimamisha kazi Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa TCRA Dkt. Ally Yahaya Simba, Rais Magufuli pia amemuagiza Waziri wa Ujenzi, Mawasiliano na Uchukuzi Profesa Makame Mbarawa Mnyaa kumteua Kaimu Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa Mamlaka hiyo mara moja.

Aidha, Rais Magufuli amewataka Waziri Prof. Mbarawa, Katibu Mkuu na Naibu Katibu katika wizara hiyo kuchukua hatua mara moja ili mfumo wa ukusanyaji wa mapato ya simu kwa simu za ndani (Offnet) uanze kufanya kazi, na nchi ipate mapato yanayostahili kukusanywa.

“Waziri hakikisha unachukua hatua mara moja, nataka tukusanye mapato yote ya serikali yanayostahili na sitasita kuchukua hatua dhidi ya yoyote atakayekwamisha jambo hili” Amesisitiza Rais Magufuli.

AZAM TV YAZINDUA KIWANDA CHA FILAMU NA TAMTHILIA YA TAXI


Kutoka kushoto ni muigizaji mahiri wa filamu Bongo, Suzan Lewis ‘Natasha’, Mkuu wa Masoko na mauzo wa Azam, Mrope Kiwanga, Msimamizi Uzalishaji wa kipindi cha Sinema Zetu, Zamaradi Nzowa,  Mhadhiri Msaidizi wa UDSM, Issa Mbura na Meneja Mipango, Fatma Mohamed, wakikata keki ya uzinduzi wa projekti ya Kiwanda cha Filamu na kipindi kipya cha Taxi kitakachokuwa kikirushwa hewani kupitia Channel 103 ya Sinema Zetu ya Azam TV ikiwa ni moja ya projekti mpya.


AZAM TV kupitia chaneli yake ya Sinema Zetu, mapema leo imezindua rasmi ‘projekti’ iliyopewa jina la Kiwanda cha Filamu, na kipindi kipya kiitwacho Taxi,  vyenye lengo la kuibua vipaji vya wasanii wa maigizo  na wapiga picha za video chipukizi.
Projekti hiyo ambayo ilianzishwa mwanzoni mwa Machi mwaka huu ilitoa furasa kwa watu mbalimbali ambao wangependa kushiriki kutuma kazi zao na wamepatikana zaidi ya washiriki 200.
Akizungumza na wanahabari katika uzinduzi huo kwenye ofisi za Azam zilizoko eneo la Tazara jijini Dar, Msimamizi wa Uzalishaji wa Sinema Zetu, Zamaradi Nzowa, alisema washiriki hao watawachuja chini ya majaji akiwemo muigizaji wa siku nyingi hapa nchini, Suzan Lewis ‘Natasha’, ili kuwapata  washiriki 22.
Baada ya kupatikana, watapatiwa mafunzo mafupi kisha wao pamoja na mastaa wa filamu hapa nchini watashiriki kwenye tamthilia itakayojulikana kwa jina la Taxi.
Nzowa alisema: “Washiriki ni kuanzia umri wa miaka 18 na kesho Jumatano pale Coco Beach ndipo tutaanza kufanya mchujo wa awali ambapo mpaka mwisho tunatarajia kupata waigizaji 20 na wapiga picha wawili ambao watashiriki kwenye tamthilia ya Taxi ambayo itazinduliwa Julai mwaka huu na itakuwa ikionyeshwa katika chaneli yetu ya Sinema Zetu.”

Mrope Kiwanga, akifafanua zaidi namna projekti hiyo itakavyonufaisha watu wengi.

Zamaradi Nzowa akikata keki kuashiria uzinduzi rasmi wa projekti hiyo.

Top 40 African visionaries 2016

Dr.Kwame Nkuruma Osagyefo and Mwalimu Julius Kambarage Nyerere both had a vision for a united Africa, which has been the subject of discussion since 1963. It has led to the African Union (formerly Organization of African Unity- OAU) coming up with Africa Agenda 2063, which is an ambitious vision for Africa. In it, as narrated by outgoing AU chair Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, is an Africa that is leading in Trade, e-commerce, innovation, space exploration, technology, Education, Quality infrastructure connecting the whole of Africa, one currency, one leader and a united people without borders or barriers, borderless Africa among many other progressive visions. Thomas Sankara of the Bukinabbe had a vision for an Africa infested with upright men, before the enemies of progress cut his life short just like they did to Patrice Emery Lumumba of the Du-Congo. But Africa has never been short of Visionary young men and women,Africa has a crop of quick growing leaders,entrepreneurs and innovators. They are taking charge of their destiny, transforming the continent and rewriting is future. They are living the African dream and solving critical socio-economic problems like poverty, disease, unemployment, corruption, illiteracy among many other problems. 1. PRESIDENT DR. JOHN POMBE MAGUFULI
Since his election and swearing in in November 2015, he has sent shockwaves across Africa by his actions, in his first week in office, pundits say that he did something his predecessor had not done in 10years, he went on a surprise visit to Muhimbili Hospital which is the biggest public hospital in Tanzania and the state of the hospital was pathetic and wanting, within a week of his visit, the top management of the hospital was sent home and the hospital got a totally new face. His anti-corruption war, and visionary style of leadership has seen him quickly rise to be a role model and an admiration in Africa and the whole world. If he keeps up with that spirit, Tanzania willbe the talk of Africa and Africa Agenda 2063 and vision 2030 will be realized sooner than expected. We wish him well and encourage him to keep up the good fight, he is a pillar and a beacon of Africa rising.
2. JOE KARIUKI (KENYAN)

Joe is a successful businessman, entrepreneur, philanthropist and a co-founder of AFWAB, which he co-founded with Martin Kappel who is also a renowned community empowerment champion and has been helping different communities in Africa through projects and initiatives. AFWAB is an initiativethrough which they have empowered over 100,000 women from different parts of Africa by giving them capital to start their businesses, mentorship training, market access and bringing them together to network and do business. He is intending to empower over 1 million women to start businesses, connect those in business to help them network so as to open market access for their merchandise to all parts of the world. His initiative is dubbed ‘Amsha Mama’ which translates to support a woman and whose vision is to empower women to venture into business as a means of eradicating poverty and also as a means of achieving Africa inter/intra African trade in-line with Africa Agenda 2063 and vision 2030. He is also the CEO of Candy and Candy Records which is a music record studio that records young African musicians and helps them sell their music. He has been providing scholarships to kids from poor back grounds to get education, recently he gave 120 scholarships to street children in Kenya and also paid for their rehabilitation before starting school. He also has an initiative that has been feeding over 3000 street children besides giving them access to basic education.
